All roofs have been completed this summer of 2019 and are good to go.

New mailboxes have been installed. Please be sure to close your mailbox door at all times. Unit owners are responsible for any broken doors or replacement locks. Harborview does not have copies of mailbox keys. Please keep a back up key in a safe place.
Smoke Detectors
The Board is requesting that all unit owners submit proof of insurance to the management company for our files.

Please remember to change your smoke detector batteries twice a year. A good reminder is to change then when the clocks are set forward or back.
