LEASING YOUR UNIT

 

 

 

1. Tenants should receive, from their landlord, a copy of Mallard Brook Rules and Regulations and it should become part of the lease.  There is a $75.00 move in fee payable to Mallard Brook for each new move in.

 

2. Tenants must move belongings in or out using the BACK hallways ONLY.

 

3. Hallways and decks are not to be used for storing personal items such as shoes, bikes or trash.

 

4.  Children are to be supervised at all times.

 

5.  Litter is not to be dumped on the premise at any time.  Cigarette butts are to be disposed of properly.

 

6.  Trash is not to be thrown from the balcony.  Trash MUST be placed inside the dumpster, not placed outside the dumpster.

 

7.  Grills are not allowed on decks.

 

8.  Air conditioners MUST be placed in sleeves only.

 

9.  A Unit Owner Registration Form (see below) MUST be filled out with the tenant's information for each and every move in and sent to Harborview Realty.  

 

10. Quiet times are from 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.

 

11. Tenants are to call the you, the landlord, for repairs needed to your unit, not the management company.

PET ETIQUETTE

CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PET

We love our pets and want the best for them but…… others do not love the mess.  When taking your pet outdoors always be prepared, take your pet out on a leash and DON’T FORGET THE PLASTIC BAGS. As per City ordinance 170-15, you are responsible to clean up IMMEDIATELY after your pet EACH AND EVERY TIME.  The plastic bags must be disposed of properly, inside the dumpster.  Do not allow your pet to relieve themselves on your deck.  It causes a mess to the unit below.  Not cleaning up after your pet will result in a $25.00 fine.
